Say Aah!

Early in the morning while on a walk through Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, I stopped to see Lucy, one of their California sea lions (Zalophus californianus).
Lucy is such a character when people pause to watch her. The playful sea lion loves attention and follows kids as they run back and forth in front of her underwater exhibit.
After Lucy and I play for a bit, I step back and start snapping pictures. She wants our fun to continue and lets out a big bellow that I can hear through the glass.
I come away with a great shot.
