Byron TowlesOn a warm morning in the Bronx, I focused my attention and camera on a bed of wildflowers that was being attended to by several different species of pollinators consisting of butterflies, wasps, and bees. I captured this pollen-covered bumblebee taking advantage of the bounty being offered by a coneflower.
Bumblebees pollinate many fruit and seed crops.
