Since her first trip to Namibia in 2006, then South Africa in 2007, and on to Botswana in 2012, Nina Holbrook has had a particular attachment to the spectacular wild places and creatures of Africa. She was delighted to join the team supporting the Wildlife Conservation Society's Africa Program in 2013, and currently, is Senior Program Manager for Central Africa and Madagascar. She came to WCS after living in Paris (France) for almost 10 years, where she had been using her international networking and coordination skills working for a European NGO promoting European partnerships and advocating for the interests of local governments.
