Mandi Susman
Wildlife Conservation Society
Mandi Susman is Executive Director for Total Rewards at the Wildlife Conservation Society. With 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Mandi joined WCS in October 2019 to create the Total Rewards department, a role she considers to be her dream job. WCS has been a special place for her family and her since before her kids were born. She supports WCS’s mission and is proud of the amazing organization. Mandi holds a BA in Philosophy with a Music Minor from the State University of New York at Purchase.
