Martin Brogger is a marine biologist and an expert on echinoderms as well as other marine invertebrates. He discovers and describes new species that live deep at the bottom of the ocean. In addition to professional efforts in marine habitats where darkness prevails, Martin also engages in wildlife photography. He uses drones to assist field biologists in evaluating population numbers of birds. Martin’s interests include photographing the flight of turkey vultures that glide in the skies near where he lives, and studying Viking history, a legacy from his Danish origin.
