The Color Yellow
Assignment Open From
Jul 25 - Sep 4, 2018
Yellow catches our attention more than any other color. It signifies summer, sunshine, happiness, and hope.
In nature, there are butterflies, birds, and bees sprinkled in saffron. And who hasn’t been mesmerized by the golden eyes of big cats?
Yellow is also a sign of caution. The Panamanian golden frogs (right) wear this bright coloration to warn predators to stay away because their skin contains toxins.
For this assignment, share your most radiant photos that showcase the color yellow with us.
Our editorial team will choose the best submissions based on appeal, composition, originality, and technical quality. A group of chosen shots for this assignment will be posted on this page, and one will be featured.
We can consider a maximum of four submissions per contributor.
