Wildlife Conservation Society

Claire Bracebridge has spent over 15 years doing research and conservation in tropical ecosystems. She started work in Tanzania in 2002, doing biodiversity and resource use surveys, as well as completing a PhD on kipunji, a new genus of monkey discovered by the Wildlife Conservation Society in 2003. One of Claire’s current roles with WCS is providing technical support to the WCS/TANAPA Canine Unit in Ruaha – which happily combines her love of dogs (of which she has 6) with her passion for wildlife and conservation.
