Chip Weiskotten is the Federal Affairs Communications Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society, where he works closely with field scientists, policy makers, and journalists to advocate for a range of wildlife conservation issues as they intersect with U.S. government and international funding and policy interests. Prior to WCS, he handled communications for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and worked as a field organizer on a Congressional campaign. He earned a Master’s degree in Energy & Environmental Analysis from Boston University. Chip lives in DC and enjoys photography, hiking, maps, and Edward Abbey books.
